EU Bank (SB of Eurasian Bank) stripped of KASE membership in currency and stock market categories following voluntary waiver

/KASE, April 29, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors, EU Bank (Subsidiary bank of Eurasian Bank) (Almaty) as of May 1, 2016 was stripped of its KASE membership in categories "currency market" and "stock market". That means EU Bank (Subsidiary bank of Eurasian Bank) is not any longer a member of KASE norit may trade any instruments on KASE. That decision was taken in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 12 of KASE internal document "Regulations on Membership" based on an official letter from EU Bank (Subsidiary bank of Eurasian Bank) about its official reorganization in form of merger with Eurasian Bank and waiver of KASE membership in said categories.
