/KASE, April 29, 2016/ – Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of April 26, 2016 of approval of the report on
results of placement of shares of the bank.
According to the provided letter:
- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of the bank's shares
in the period from September 17, 2015 to March 16, 2016;
- as of March 16, 2016 15,000,466 ordinary shares of the bank were placed;
its authorized capital equaled to KZT20,785,466,000.00.
