securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an
official letter informed KASE of the following:

agency Standard & Poor's regarding affirmation of the Bank's credit rating:
- long-term and short-term issuer rating on international scale at "В";
- long-term issuer rating on national scale at "kzBB+";
