/KASE, May 3, 2016/ – Imstalcon (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of
the following:

... the rating agency Expert RA Kazakhstan (RAEX) as of April 27, 2016
withdrew the creditworthiness rating of Imstalcon and reliability rating of
three bond issues (NIN – KZP01Y07D549, KZP02Y07D547, KZP01Y07D747) as the
ratings expired.
