National Bank takes note of non-placement of Nurbank shares in period from October 11, 2015 to April 10, 2016

/KASE, May 4, 2016/ – Nurbank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of the National Bank's letter dated April 26, 2016, according to which: - National Bank took note of the Bank's shares non-placement in the period from October 11, 2015 to April 10, 2016; - as of April 10, 2016, 2,848,829 ordinary and 74,124 preferred shares of the Bank remained unplaced.
