/KASE, May 4, 2016/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated April 27, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y10E996 (KZ2C00003424,
KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CCBNb28) of Bank CenterCredit
for the period from September 29, 2015 to March 28, 2016.
According to the letter provided, as of March 29, 2016, 162,464,257 of said
bonds were outstanding.
