As of May 13 Imstalcon bonds of three issues transferred from other debt securities category into buffer category of KASE official list

/KASE, May 13, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of May 12, 2016 the action for preventing the following bonds of Imstalcon (Astana, hereinafter – the company) from being transferred into the "buffer" category was accepted: - KZP01Y07D549 (KZ2C00000412, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", IMSKb1); - KZP02Y07D547 (KZ2C00000446, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", IIMSKb2); - KZP01Y07D747 (KZ2C00000420, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", IMSKb3). In KASE conclusion of May 12, 2016 it is said that in March 2016 the company committed default on paying interest due for the 11-th coupon period (from September 8, 2015 to March 7, 2016) on bonds IMSKb3, in April 2016 – on payment of interest for the 13-th coupon period (from October 8, 2015 to April 7, 2016) on bonds IMSKb2. In accordance with sub-item 1) of item 14 of the Requirements for issuers and their securities (being) admitted to circulation on the stock exchange, as well as for particular categories of the stock exchange list approved by a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of October 22, 2014, a default of an issuer on payment of interest on its liabilities (except for interest for the final coupon period) is a reason for transfer of its debt securities into category "buffer category" of KASE official list. In accordance with item 18 of said Requirements the company provided KASE on May 11, 2016 with an action plan for preventing a transfer of its securities into the "buffer" category of KASE official list. In accordance with paragraph two of item 20 of said Requirements as of May 13, 2016 said bonds were transferred into the "buffer" category of KASE official list. [2016-05-13]
