/KASE, May 13, 2016/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter –
the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has in an official letter informed KASE that "Fitch Ratings downgraded the
Bank's long-term IDR in foreign and local currency to "ВВВ-". Outlook on
ratings "Stable".
