/KASE, May 16, 2016/ – ForteBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that "in accordance with a decision of the Bank's Board of Directors of
April 27, 2016 authorities of Marat Dzhaukenov, member of Management Board –
deputy Chairman of the Bank's Management Board (CRO), were discontinued ahead of
schedule following his request".
