/KASE, May 24, 2016/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Astana, hereinafter
– the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on May 5, 2016
Fitch Ratings downgraded the rating of NC KazMunayGas and its debt securities
from "BBB" to "BBB-", outlook stable."
