/KASE, May 24, 2016/ – Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company
(Aktau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "on May 20, 2016,
FitchRatings downgraded the long-term national rating from "AA (kaz)" to"
"A+(kaz)", outlook negative."
