/KASE, May 25, 2016/ – Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium Magnesium Plant (Oskemen,
hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of May 16, 2016 on approval
of the report on results of placement of the Company's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has approved the
report on results of placement of the Company's shares in the period from
October 8, 2015 to April 7, 2016;
- no shares were offered in the period under review, as of April 7, 2016,
3,884,760 ordinary shares of the Company remained unplaced; its authorized
capital is fixed at KZT169,245,580.00.
