National Bank approves report on results of Tsesnabank bonds KZP15Y07E083 (KZ2C00002590, TSBNb23) offering from October 10, 2015 to April 9, 2016

/KASE, May 31, 2016/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated May 19, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of Tsesnabank's bonds KZP15Y07E083 (KZ2C00002590, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", TSBNb23) for the period from October 10, 2015 to April 9, 2016. According to the letter provided, no bonds of the bank were placed in the period under review. As of April 9, 2016, 1,981,480,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced. [2016-05-31]
