/KASE, June 13, 2016/ – Qazaq Banki (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 8, 2016 on approval of the
report on the results of the Bank's shares offering.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approved the report on the results of the offering of
Bank's shares from October 29, 2015 to April 28, 2016;
- as of April 28, 2016 28,027,400 shares of the Bank were outstanding.
