National Company KazMunaiGas signs addendum to Satpayev area hydrocarbons exploration and production agreement

/KASE, June 17, 2016/ – National Company KazMunaiGas (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of "signing on June 3, 2016 an Addendum No. 4 between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (competent authority), NC KazMunaiGas and ONGС Videsh Limited to the Agreement No. 3575 dated June 15, 2010 for exploration and production of hydrocarbons in Satpayev area located in Kazakhstan part of the Caspian Sea".
