officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Interbank Association Council (SCO
IA) will be chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Development Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Management Holding JSC,
hereinafter referred to as the Bank, DBK) Bolat Zhamishev effective from 26
October 2016. Election ceremony took place at the twelfth regular meeting of the
SCO IA Council on 23 June 2008 in Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan). DBK
will chair the Association Council until 25 October 2017 inclusive
