/KASE, June 28, 2016/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 24, 2016,
bonds KZP01Y05F308 (KZ2P00003627; KZT10,000, KZT15.0 bn, 5 years,
annual coupon 19.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Buzgul Aurum (Almaty) were included in
KASE official list's category "other debt securities".
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of June 28, 2016 as the said
issuer fulfilled the terms set in clause 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
BCC Invest – subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the
representative of holders of the said bonds.
Kazkommerts Securities (Subsidiary Organization of Kazkommertsbank)
(Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of Buzgul Aurum.
The said bonds were assigned an acronym (ticker) BUZAb1.
