/KASE, June 28, 2016/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a notice of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated June 23, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP03Y15D217 (KZ2C00000594, KASE
official list, category "other debt securities", CCBNb23) of Bank CenterCredit
for the period from November 27, 2015 to May 26, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of May 26, 2016, 26,640,670 of the said bonds remained unplaced.
