/KASE, June 29, 2016/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
the amendments registered on June 28, 2016 by the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) to the issue prospectus of its bonds
KZP01Y15F281 (KZ2C00003572, KASE official list, Quasi-Government Debt
Securities category, KEGCb1; KZT1,000, KZT47.5 bn; May 26, 2016 – May 26,
2031; floating annual coupon; 30/360).
According to the mentioned amendments:
- bond interest rate changed;
- upper threshold interest rate is set at 18.9% per annum, lower – at 7.9% per
annum.
