National Bank approves report on placement of Delta Bank shares in period from November 17, 2015 to May 16, 2016

/KASE, June 30, 2016/ – Delta Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 27, 2016 on approval of the report on the results of placement of the Bank's shares. According to the letter provided: - National Bank approved the report on the results of placement of the Bank's shares in the period from November 17, 2015 to May 16, 2016; - as of May 16, 2016, 16,650,333 ordinary shares of the Bank remained unplaced; its share capital equaled KZT35,575,527,200.00.
