/KASE, June 30, 2016/ – Bank of Astana (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE "of increasing its equity by KZT4 bn having offered ordinary shares
of the Bank. Shareholders availed themselves of their preemptive right to
purchase said shares".
