/KASE, July 1, 2016/ – Kazinvestbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZP02Y03D785
(KZ2C00003184; KASE official list, category "other debt securities", KIBNb6,
KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; May 19, 2015 – May 19, 2018; semi-annual coupon 8.0 %
p. a.; 30/360) and a certificate of state registration of a securities issue of
June 24, 2016 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the mentioned bonds issue prospectus;
- mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change in the circulation term
and type of the mentioned bonds;
- NIN of the mentioned bonds changed from KZP02Y03D785 to
KZP02Y15D789;
- type of bonds changed from unsecured coupon bonds to unsecured coupon
subordinated bonds;
- interest rate changed from 8.00 % APR to 15.00 % APR;
- circulation term increased from three to 15 years.
