/KASE, July 13, 2016/ – KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (Astana), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a press-release saying that "The Independent Non-executive Directors ("INEDs") of
JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production ("KMG EP" or the "Company") wish to
update shareholders regarding possible revisions to the NC KMG proposals to be
considered at the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of the Company on
3 August 2016.
