/KASE, July 14, 2016/ – KazMunayGas Exploration Production (Astana),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a press release saying that "Independent Non-executive
Directors of KazMunayGas Exploration Production took into account the
announcement of National Company KazMunayGas aimed to amend the
Proposed changes ("Amendments to Changes") and raise the price stated in the
Buyback Offer".
