Kazakhtelecom intends to purchase Nursat ordinary shares

/KASE, July 15, 2016/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE "of its intention to purchase authorized ordinary shares of NURSAT in the number making 61% of the total number of outstanding NURSAT shares in accordance with a decision of Kazakhtelecom's Board of Directors on July 12, 2016".
