/KASE, July 21, 2016/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated July 18, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of the offering of bonds KZP03Y10B469 (KZ2C00001436,
KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CSBNb7) of Kaspi Bank for
the period from December 7, 2015 to June 6, 2016.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered during
the reporting period. As of June 6, 2016, 10,233,200 of the mentioned bonds
remained unplaced.
