the Corporation), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange

(updated) the corporate rating and rating of the Corporation's bonds
NIN KZ2C0Y07Е152, corresponding with level Ва3 according to the credit opinion
dated July 6, 2016".
