DURING IPO AKTOBE METALWARE PLANT PLACED 71,577 ORDINARY SHARES KZ1C60260011 (KZ1C00001288, AKZM) ON KASE AT KZT11,177 PER SHARE TO A TOTAL OF KZT800 MLN

/KASE, July 22, 2016/ – As was announced earlier from July 5 to 18, 2016 an initial offering of ordinary shares KZ1C60260011 (KZ1C00001288, KASE official list, second category, AKZM) of Aktobe Metalware Plant (Aktobe) was conducted in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) trading system by way of subscription to them. Freedom Finance (Almaty), the financial advisor to Aktobe Metalware Plant, underwriter of the offering and market-maker on KASE, acted as a seller during the subscription to the mentioned shares. Number of shares offered – 71,577 pieces. The offering price of shares – KZT11,177 per share. Date of settlements based on results of the subscription – July 21, 2016. By the end of collection of orders 1,498 orders were submitted to KASE trading system of which 1,483 orders for purchase of 266,197 shares were considered active. The number of active orders received from individuals was 1,474 pieces. These orders were submitted from 1,408 personal accounts. Four orders were received from personal accounts of brokerage companies, and five orders were submitted by their clients (legal entities). The total subscription demand made up KZT2,975.3 mln and exceeded the supply 3.7 times. The demand from brokerage companies amounted to KZT71.4 mln (8.9% of the supply), legal entities – KZT101.2 mln (12.7% of the supply) and individuals – KZT2,802.7 mln (350.3 % of the supply). In total 13 members of KASE stock market participated in the offering. Based on the offering results securities worth KZT745,148,236 (93.1% of the placement volume) were transferred to accounts of individuals, whereas to accounts of brokerage companies – worth KZT35,207,550 (4.4% of the placement volume), the volume of satisfied orders submitted by legal entities amounted to KZT19,660,343 (2.5% of the placement volume). According to the Central Securities Depository JSC all deals based on results of the subscription by the moment of publication of this information were settled, the subscription is completed.
