/KASE, July 22, 2016/ – SFK EKA-Invest (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of the letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated July 21, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report
on the results of placement of bonds KZP01Y07E943 (KZ2P00003254, KASE
official list, category "other debt securities", EKAIb1) of SFK EKA-Invest for
the period from December 13, 2015 to June 12, 2016.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; as of December 12, 2016, 46,554 of said bonds remained unplaced.
