/KASE, July 26, 2016/ – Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company (Aktau, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the annual general meeting of the company's shareholders is to be held on August 22, 2016 at 11:00 o'clock. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is approval of the company's annual financial statements and distribution of the company's 2015 net income; Said meeting will be held in the company's conference-hall near poultry plant, Aktau.
