National Bank takes note of non-placement of KazTransOil shares in period from December 27, 2015 to June 26, 2016

/KASE, July 27, 2016/ – KazTransOil (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 19, 2016 according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of the company's shares in the period from December 27, 2015 to June 26, 2016; - as of December 26, 2016 a single ordinary share of the company remained unplaced.
