/KASE, July 28, 2016/ – Bank CenterCredit (Astana, hereinafter – the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 12, 2016 according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of the bank's shares in the period from December 16, 2015 to June 15, 2016; - as of June 16, 2016 98,293,945 ordinary share of the bank remained unplaced.
