/KASE, August 2, 2016/ – National Company Food Contract Corporation (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 25, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZ2C0Y07E152
(KZ2C00001691, KASE official list, category "debt securities of quasi-public entities",
PRKRb5) of National Company Food Contract Corporation for the period from
December 13, 2015 to June 12, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of June 12, 2016 6,669,065 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained
unplaced.
