/KASE, August 5, 2016/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 20, 2016, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds
KZP01Y10E533 (KZ2C00002426, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", CAEPb1) of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation for the
period from November 7, 2015 to May 6, 2016.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; as of May 6, 2016, 43,238,170 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
