/KASE, August 8, 2016/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 2, 2016, on approval by the National Bank of the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP05Y05E054 (KZ2C00002111, KASE official list,
category "other debt securities", CSBNb14) of Kaspi Bank for the period from
December 22, 2015 to June 21, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period. As of June 21, 2016, 184,000,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds
remained unplaced.
