Bonds KZ2C0Y07F324 (KZ2C00003655, SNBNb1) of Qazaq Banki underwent listing on KASE as "other debt securities"

/KASE, August 9, 2016/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 8, 2016, bonds KZ2C0Y07F324 (KZ2C00003655; KZT1, KZT40.0 bn; 7 years; annual coupon 12.0 % p.a.; 30/360) of Qazaq Banki (Almaty) were included in KASE official list's category "other debt securities". The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. ZIM Capital (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds.
