/KASE, August 10, 2016/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated August 5, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP04Y10E834
(KZ2C00003309, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CSBNb18)
of Kaspi Bank for the period from December 30, 2015 to June 29, 2016.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered during
the reporting period. As of June 29, 2016, 9,016,321 pieces of the mentioned
bonds remained unplaced.
