National Bank approves report on results of offering of Agricultural Credit Corporation bonds KZP01Y06F173 (KZ2C00003507, AGKKb6) for period from December 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016

/KASE, August 12, 2016/ – Agricultural Credit Corporation (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 25, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y06F173 (KZ2C00003507, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from the quasi-public sector", AGKKb6) of Agricultural Credit Corporation for the period from December 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016. According to the letter provided, as of June 30, 2016, 22,940,000 bonds were placed.
