/KASE, August 12, 2016/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of an official letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) of August 4, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the
reports on results of offering of the following bonds of Tsesnabank in the
period from December 26, 2015 to June 25, 2016:
- KZP01Y07E760 (KZ2C00002925, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", TSBNb26);
- KZP02Y08E766 (KZ2C00002913, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", TSBNb27);
- KZP03Y09E762 (KZ2C00002921, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", TSBNb28);
- KZP04Y10E768 (KZ2C00002939, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", TSBNb29);
- KZP05Y10E765 (KZ2C00002947, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", TSBNb30).
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review.
