Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia lowers interest rates on SME loans

/KASE, August 15, 2016/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press release dated August 15, 2016:

Sberbank announces lowering interest rates on SME loans. Now, entrepreneurs
may apply for a business development loan at 14% per annum in tenge. The
interest rate is subject to subsidization provided the project complies with the
state programs terms.
"Supporting small businesses is one the bank's strategic priorities. We
understand the importance of this business segment development for the
national economy and strive to provide our customers with the most favorable
lending conditions, while actively participating in the state business support
programs", – said Eldar Tenizbayev, the Deputy Chairman of the Management
