/KASE, August 22, 2016/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy
of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated August 17, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report
on results of the offering of bonds KZ2C0Y05E271 (KZ2C00001808, KASE official
list, category "other debt securities", ATFBb8) of ATFBank for the period from
January 10 to July 9, 2016.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review. As of July 9, 2016, 473,891 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
