/KASE, August 22, 2016/ – RG Brands (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated August 8, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y07E497 (KZ2C00002129, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", RGBRb7) of RG Brands in the period from January 1 to June 30, 2016.
