National Bank takes note of information on non-placement of SAT & Company shares in period from February 5 to August 4, 2016

/KASE, August 23, 2016/ – SAT & Company (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated August 17, 2016 according to which: - the National Bank took note of the information on non-placement of the Company's shares in the period from February 5 to August 4, 2016; - as of August 4, 2016, 1,753,226,046 ordinary shares and 357,350,129 preferred shares of the Company remained unplaced.
