/KASE, September 6, 2016/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of
the following:

... based on a resolution of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to
impose an administrative penalty under an administrative violation case of
August 15,2016, which entered into force on September 5, 2016, in accordance
with the decision of the Specialized inter-district administrative court of
Almaty, for committing an administrative violation stipulated in part 3 of
article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (violation of
banking laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the bank was imposed an
administrative sanction in form of a penalty.
