listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "on
September 5, 2016 Standard and Poor's Global Ratings (S & P) announced the
assignment of a long-term and a short-term issuer credit rating at "B" to ATF
Bank (ATF Bank, the Bank)."
