/KASE, September 7, 2016/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated August 8, 2016,
the following bonds of Altyn Bank (Subsidiary bank of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan) (Almaty) were included in KASE official list's "other debt
securities" category.
- KZ2C0Y03F349 (KZ2C00003697; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; September 7,
2016 – September 7, 2019, semi-annual coupon 14.00 % p.a., 30/360);
- KZ2C0Y03F356 (KZ2C00003689; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; September 7,
2016 – September 7, 2019, semi-annual coupon 2.00 % p.a., 30/360).
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of September 7, 2016, as the
issuer fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in said bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Subsidiary organization of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance
(Almaty) is the financial consultant and underwriter of the bonds.
BCC Invest - subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the
representative of the bondholders.
Said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) ATBNb1 and ATBNb2,
respectively.
