/KASE, September 9, 2016/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated August 29, 2016, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds
KZP06Y10B660 (KZ2C00002020, KASE official list, category "debt securities of
entities from quasi-government sector", MREKb7) of Mangistau Distribution
Power Grid for the period from November 18, 2015 to May 17, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period; as of May 18, 2016, 20,000,000 bonds remained unplaced.
