/KASE, September 9, 2016/ – SAT & Company (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated September 7, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y09E287 (KZ2C00001832,
KASE official list, category "other debt securities", SATCb2) of SAT & Company
for the period from February 3 to August 2, 2016.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of August 2, 2016, 48,144,120 bonds remained unplaced.
