/KASE, September 13, 2016/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated September 7, 2016, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP03Y08E830
(KZ2C00003036, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CSBNb17)
of Kaspi Bank for the period from January 28 to July 27, 2016.
According to the letter provided no bonds were offered within the period under
review. As of July 27, 2016, 500,000,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds
remained unplaced.
