/KASE, September 16, 2016/ – Tsesnabank (Astana) (the Bank), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the following:

... based on a resolution № 0216.0253568 of the Administrative Police Office of
the Almaty Department of Internal Affairs of August 9, 2016 received by the Bank
on September 14, 2016 for an administrative offence under part 1 of article 601
of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (failure to comply with traffic
signs or road markings), the Bank was imposed an administrative fine.
